We recently received notice of changes to the RoadRunner feedback loop program. These change will affect anyone who is currently receiving the Road Runner feedback loop, as well as anyone who applies for the Road Runner FBL program in the future.

AOL has announced today that their feedback loop will be switching over to the ARF format – only. This means that if you are an email sender of any volume, it’s time for you to start being able to deal with ARF format spam reports if you aren’t already.

Cox Communications has closed their Feedback Loop (FBL) program until further notice, meaning that they are no longer accepting applications to participate in their Feedback Loop program.

After months in beta, and a soft launch, we are finally publicly announcing and launching our awesome Feedback Loop Reports service! I’m so very pleased with the response to this very useful service that is helping email senders stay on top of their spam complaints! Here’s the press release.

RoadRunner has announced today that their new Feedback Loop (FBL) system is now open to the public. Their current (old) Feed back Loop service will be shut down on April 30, 2009. So if it’s after April 30th, and you suddenly stopped receiving the Road Runner FBL, that’s probably why.
